Woven throughout are real-life stories from dementia clients and CHWs.

Working with Clients Living with Dementia explains the hardships faced by people living with dementia and the role CHWs have in screening for dementia. This course dives deeper into topics like dementia screening tools, testing and diagnosis process, care services and referral resources, follow-up and continued care, and dementia-related supports and resources for CHWs. Woven throughout are real-life stories from dementia clients and CHWs.
